The user/consumer may not access, display, use, download or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing, private use, or personal gain without the explicit permission of the provider. In this case Global Essentials Group LLC/Paved Forward or agents acting on their behalf.

The website www.pavedforward.com sells equipment and services indicative to first responder, security and safety personnel through a variety of manufacturers. The use of products and/or services purchased on this website are at the user/consumers discretion and risk. The user/consumer indemnifies and holds the provider of services and products harmless of any loss, injury or damages that may be sustained as a result of using any products or services purchased.

• This Promotion (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Entrants must be able to lawfully receive the prize in accordance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws.
• Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Paved Forward, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

• The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Paved Forward, LLC, located in Florida (“Sponsor”).

• Automatic Entry for Members: Entrants who hold an active Paved Forward monthly or annual membership (“Members”) will automatically receive one thousand (1,000) entries each month that the Giveaway is offered. Membership must be active at the time of drawing to be eligible.
• Free Method of Entry: Non-Members may enter once per day without purchase by sending an email to [email protected] that includes their first and last name, and physical address. Free Entrants will receive one (1) entry per eligible email submission, up to one (1) entry per day.
• All Entrants, by entering, consent to receive marketing communications from Paved Forward. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so will not affect the validity of their entry.

• The Sponsor will award one (1) prize each month (“Prize”) in the form of an item or experience as advertised. Prizes may vary month-to-month based on availability and may include, but are not limited to, goods, services, or unique experiences.
• If, due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at the end of each month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The Sponsor will notify the potential winner via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) business days from notification to claim their Prize.
• In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or failure to respond within the designated timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner.

• By participating, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
• Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Prize, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• By participating, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration without resort to any form of class action.
• Entrants expressly waive the right to litigate in court or participate in a class action, and agree that any action brought shall occur solely in the state of Florida.

• By entering, Entrants consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor via email. Entrants may opt out of receiving communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the communications.
• Opting out of communications will not affect an Entrant’s eligibility or entries for the current or future giveaways.

• The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time if it is not capable of being conducted as intended by the Sponsor.
• This includes, but is not limited to, any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
