Restricted Item Policy

By accessing or using our e-commerce site to purchase firearms, ammunition, or legally restricted items you must validate electronically that you are at least 18 years of age for a long gun purchase and 21 years old for a handgun purchase.  You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of each.  Entry to our ecommerce site requires you to validate your age electronically and will be verified prior to check out.  

You must be legally eligible to purchase firearms and ammunition. By placing an order, you represent that you are not prohibited from owning firearms or ammunition by any local, state, or federal laws. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your state. 

Federal background checks are required by law on all firearm purchases with few exceptions. Additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility to purchase firearms and ammunition may be requested by the receiving Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information for any background checks required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to verify your eligibility. 

Some firearms and ammunition may be subject to additional restrictions or regulations. This includes restricted items such as non-lethal personal protection products, It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders not in compliance.  

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our e-commerce site. You "the purchaser" are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your order prior to placing the order. Including but not limited to item description, caliber. size, color, quantity and shipping information.  

The sale and shipment of firearms and ammunition may be subject to additional legal restriction depending on geographical location. We reserve the right to limit or restrict sales to certain locations or individuals based on those legal requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, and shipment of firearms and ammunition. 

Ensure you can physically safely manipulate a firearm; we highly recommend formal training (weapons handling or marksmanship) for all firearm owners.  

You agree to indemnify and hold Paved Forward, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your purchase, possession, or use of firearms and ammunition, including but not limited to any violation of laws or regulations. 

In no event shall Paved Forward, its affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, possession, or use of firearms and ammunition, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use or misuse of firearms and/or ammunition.
